Menus

Menus are priced by quantity, paper type and number of sides printed.

For Printing: $35.00 set-up charge for 1st page plus $15.00 set-up for each additional page, and then $0.75 per surface. The printing cost for (100) single-sided programs would be $35 + $75 = $110 (plus the cost of the paper.)
